1. How to Play Instant Win Game: Beginning 12:00:01 AM ET on January 1, 2009 through 11:59:59 PM ET on December 24, 2009 (sign-up period), Travel Agency Owners/Managers may visit http://www.perilloperks.com/, and complete an application to sign-up their agency on behalf of themselves and their individual Travel Agent employees, who may participate for a chance to win an instant win prize. Beginning 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 1, 2009 through 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2009 (Promotional Period), once your agency Owner/Manager has signed you up during the sign-up period, and you have booked and confirmed (defined by when a deposit has been received and processed at Perillo) a qualifying Perillo Tour Package during the Promotional Period, you will be sent a confirmation email from the Sponsor, letting you know how many game plays you are eligible to receive. You will earn one game play per qualifying passenger in the booking. If your agency has not signed-up yet, you have up to 30 days after a qualifying booking has been confirmed during the sign-up period for your agency to sign-up and/or sign you up, so you may receive instant win game credits for the qualifying tours you booked and confirmed within those 30 days. Once your agency has signed you up, you will receive a confirmation email with your automatically assigned password. You must have already booked and confirmed a qualifying Perillo Tour Package during the Promotional Period in order to participate in the online instant win game. Bookings of Familiarization (FAM) Trips and other Promotional Trips do not qualify for participation in the instant win game. Once you log in with your email address and password, you will be directed to the qualifying question page that will ask questions about Perillo Tours. You will then be taken to a page where you will have an opportunity to play the instant win game and win a prize. To play, click where indicated. If a winning message is revealed, you win the prize specified, subject to verification of eligibility. If you have won an instant win prize (as indicated online), print a copy of the prize message for your records. If you are an instant winner, you will be notified on-screen as to when you will receive either an affidavit package or your prize, depending on the prize level. Unused game credit(s) will automatically expire after 30 days of notification that such credit has been earned. No Booking Necessary: Once your agency has signed you up, to play in the instant win game by mail, without booking a qualifying Perillo Tour Package, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand print your name, age, e-mail address (if any), Agency Name, complete agency address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code, agency phone number, ARC#/IATA#/CLIA# and the statement "Perillo has booked over 1,000,000 passengers to Italy since its first customer in 1945." Mail your completed request in an individual hand-addressed stamped envelope to: Perillo Perks Instant Win Game Request, PO Box 7927, Melville, NY 11775-7927. Mail-in request entitles you to a play in the online instant win game, which will be played on your behalf by the Administrator. If it is determined by Administrator that you have won an instant win prize, you will be notified by mail. Only winning game play requests will be notified. 5. Verification: All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and potential winning messages are subject to verification by Judge. Proof of play and/or winning will not be deemed to be proof of winning by Judge. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and Judge and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more entrants are notified that they are instant winners than are intended to be awarded for any instant win prize level according to Rule #4, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims submitted for that prize level. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. The Sponsor and its advertising agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other persons computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this game.

6. General Rules: No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturers terms, and entrants agree to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners, if applicable. The Grand, First, Second and Third Prize winners, if prizes claimed, will be required to execute and return an affidavit package, where legal, within 10 days of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Airline carrier's regulations apply for inter-island air included in the Grand Prize. Travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand, First and Second Prize vacations may not be combined with any other offer Blackout dates and additional restrictions apply. Grand, First and Second Prize winners and respective guests must stay at hotel together on same itinerary. Guests of Grand, First and Second Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if companion is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Grand, First and Second Prize winners and guests must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, valid passport, etc.) in order to accept prize. Each winner must be a travel agent, employed by a travel agency that is signed up for the Perillo Perks program and must be in good standing with the Sponsor, at time of prize award and completion of the affidavit package, where applicable. By participating in this game, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Judge. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, postage due, incomplete, late mailed or late delivered requests. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for mistranscribed, faulty or failed telephone communication or transmissions, for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, effects of hackers, lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections or miscommunications, jumbled, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this game or by any error of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may occur in the processing of the game plays in this game. The Sponsor, Judge and the Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the game play process or the operation of the game or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If disqualified, Sponsor, Judge and Administrator reserve the right to terminate participant's ability to play the instant win game. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, hackers, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor.
