In 2004 Perillo Tours introduced Perillo Perks one of the most innovative reward programs in the travel industry. Since then, more than 3,000 Travel Agencies became Perillo Perks members and were automatically enrolled in the Perillo Perks Bonus Commissions program. In addition, more than 8,000 individual Travel Agents registered for Perillo Perks and many of those agents who booked their clients on a Perillo tour were instant winners of such prizes as: Apple iPods, digital cameras, vacations to Italy, Hawaii and Israel, Amex Gift Cards (from $25 to $1000), Tumi luggage, Deluxe Terry Robes, and much more.
And every year since we introduced the Perillo Perks program, 3 of the top performing travel agencies earned a five-day trip to Rome, personally hosted by Steve Perillo. Those top producing agents were guests in Perillo’s luxurious Rose Garden Palace Hotel, located just steps from the Via Veneto in the heart of Rome.
The 2009 Perillo Perks Survey
In November 2009 we conducted a comprehensive survey of all Perillo Perks members to get their input for ways in which we could make the Perillo Perks program even better in 2010. The response we received to that survey was overwhelming. We got great feedback, and as a result we’re happy to announce some important enhancements to the Perillo Perks Program for 2010.
You Spoke. We Listened.
Amongst the very valuable input from our Perillo Perks members that the survey revealed, two suggestions stood out from all the rest:
• Increase Travel Agency commissions, and
• Allow every Travel Agent to receive a “guaranteed prize” for every qualified booking (i.e. the “game plays” were fun but during these tough economic times receiving a definite reward was preferable to just having a “chance to win”).
