Frequently Asked Questions Q. Who is eligible to participate in the Perillo Perks program? A. Both travel agencies and travel agents are eligible to participate in the Perillo Perks program. The instant win game is open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, who are full-time travel agents (defined as working in that capacity at least 35 hours per week) and employed at a travel agency in good standing that has signed-up for the Perillo Perks program, by December 24, 2009. Employees, agents, successors and assignees of Don Jagoda Associates, Perillo Tours, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this game, as well as family and household members of same are ineligible to participate in the Perillo Perks rewards program including, but not limited to, the Instant Win game.
A. Beginning 12:00:01 AM ET on January 1, 2009 through 11:59:59 PM ET on December 24, 2009 (sign-up period), Travel Agency Owners/Managers may visit http://www.perilloperks.com/, and complete an application to sign-up their agency on behalf of themselves and their individual Travel Agent employees, who may participate for a chance to win an instant win prize. Beginning 12:00:01 AM ET on January 1, 2009 through 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2009 (Promotional Period), once your agency Owner/Manager has signed you up during the sign-up period, and you have booked and confirmed (defined by when a deposit has been received and processed at Perillo) a qualifying Perillo Tour Package during the Promotional Period, you will be sent a confirmation email from the Sponsor, letting you know how many game plays you are eligible to receive. You will earn one game play per qualifying passenger in the booking. If your agency has not signed-up yet, you have up to 30 days after a qualifying booking has been confirmed during the sign-up period for your agency to sign-up and/or sign you up, so you may receive instant win game credits for the qualifying tours you booked and confirmed within those 30 days. Once your agency has signed you up, you will receive a confirmation email with your automatically assigned password. You must have already booked and confirmed a qualifying Perillo Tour Package during the promotional period in order to participate in the online instant win game. Once you log in with your email address and password, you will be directed to the qualifying question page that will ask questions about Perillo Tours. You will then be taken to a page where you will be notified if you have won one of more than a thousand valuable prizes.

A.You may play the game each time you make a confirmed booking. The more Perillo tours you book and the more qualifying passengers within the booking, the better your chances of winning.
